Silverback has aggregated a large, contiguous position in the Northwest Shelf of the Permian Basin. Silverback’s assets are situated in the core of the Yeso play in Eddy County, New Mexico, and include water and midstream infrastructure.
The company continues to seek compelling leasing, drilling and production opportunities in both conventional and unconventional resource plays within the United States.
Realized Investments
From 2014-2017, Silverback successfully acquired, developed, and sold Delaware Basin assets in two transactions:
- Sale of approximately 35,000 net acres (approximately 44,000 gross acres) and production in Reeves County, Texas to Centennial Resource Development.
- Sale of interest in midstream assets in Reeves, Ward and Culberson counties that included more than 375 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines and 320 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) of processing capacity.
